I use the bisquick recipe just because it's quick & easy.  When the batter is mixed fold in the following:

1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 larged banana-chopped up

Make sure the banana is ripe, otherwise you can't taste it in the pancakes.

I use the 1/4 measurer to dip the batter onto the skillet.  Personally, I think this recipe is a keeper.  Got it from the all recipe website.
